How I Help
Turning purpose into scalable growth—through strategy, innovation, and human-centered leadership.
The Work
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked with mission-driven organizations navigating growth, change, and complexity. My work sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy, innovation, brand, and experience—helping leaders move from clarity to action.
I currently serve as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Strategy & Growth at a $1.5B credit union, where I lead enterprise strategy, growth initiatives, marketing, product strategy, and innovation. I’ve partnered closely with executive teams and boards to architect multi-year strategic plans, modernize governance and operating models, lead merger integrations, and expand access to financial services in underserved communities.
Across roles and industries, I’ve been trusted to step into moments that matter when organizations need direction, alignment, and disciplined execution.
How I Think About Strategy
I believe strategy only works when it is deeply human.
Plans fail when they ignore culture. Innovation stalls when it lacks purpose. Growth breaks when it isn’t designed to scale. My approach connects ambition with discipline, data with empathy, and vision with execution.
I focus on:
Clarity over complexity
Alignment over activity
Outcomes over optics
Beyond the Role
In addition to my work, I’ve been an adjunct lecturer and am a frequent speaker on strategy, innovation, leadership, and growth. I’ve taught and mentored students and professionals across universities, nonprofit boards, and industry organizations.
My academic background includes an MBA and a Master of Management in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship, along with certifications in Agile and Lean Six Sigma. I bring these perspectives into practice, not as theory, but as tools leaders can actually use.
